How can I get my EPP key to transfer my gLTD domain out? Solution To request your EPP key for the domain you wish to transfer out, you firstly need to cancel the domain with us. You can do this by logging in at my.xilo.net and clicking 'Packages' on the left menu. You will then be listed with all packages associated with your account. Please click the 'cancel' link on the right hand side of the domain you wish to transfer and submit the request to us including in the notes that you require your EPP key. Your request will then be forwarded to our cancellation team and your key will be emailed to the registrant contact of the domain as listed in the WHOIS database - please ensure this contact is correct as this is the only way we are able to issue such key.
