 Invoice for a domain no longer needed.
Solution If you have received an invoice for a domain that you no longer require, you will need to contact our support team from your registered email address requesting that it be removed from your account.

We invoice 37 [thirty seven] days in advance for a domain renewal and this is sent to your email address and viewable via my.xilo.net.

PayPal payment customers will need to make payment maually to renew the domain. Credit and Debit card customers with their details on file, will automatically be charged on the renewal date unless we hear otherwise.
