How do I update my Credit/Debit Card details? Solution Since we changed how we process card payments, a number of customers have asked how to update their details on file. Here are some instructions on how to do this; 1) Goto https://my.xilo.net/ 2) Enter your email and password for your account. If you are unsure of your password, please request a reminder. 3) Once you have logged in, click the Change Method link to the right. 4) The click Change your Payment Method, check Credit/Debit Card and click Continue. 5) You now need to update the card on file, follow the change card link as highlighted below and enter your detail on the form that will be shown.
