When you wish to move a .uk domain to XILO, you will need to ask your old registering agent to change the IPStag associated with the domain.
Our IPStag is XILO.
When you have done this, you will need to complete our transfer domain order form so that you are fully able to manage it from my.xilo.net.
Finally, once you have completed this step and had an email confirming that the domain has been registered against your account, you can login to my.xilo.net and update your domain as needed.
If when you try and modify your .uk domain via my.xilo.net you are displayed with the below text, you will need to ask the old registering agent as to when the TAG will be updated to XILO.
